F R E E   D E L I V E R Y  ON ALL ORDERS OVER £100.

Orders: All items are handmade to order, usually within 7-14 days. If you need an item for a specific date please let me know in the comments at checkout and I will do my best to get it to you for then.

Please get in touch if you need something at short notice as I do carry some items in stock.

Delivery Costs: Under £100, 1st Class Signed for £3.50. Special Delivery £6.50. 

Gold & Silver: I always use solid gold and silver, never plated. Usually 18ct yellow gold and 9ct rose gold with sterling silver in my main collection unless otherwise stated. #SOLIDNOTPLATED

Ethics:  I use non toxic products in the making and cleaning of my jewellery. I use recycled packaging. I often use recycled or eco gold and silver in my pieces where I can (this isn't always possible due to the availability of some materials, please get in touch if you'd like more information on a particular piece). I really hope my pieces will stay around for many years to come and be passed on. 

Refunds: We offer a full refund or replacement on any faulty items within 10 days of receipt. Please get in touch to arrange return ( jojewellery@hotmail.co.uk ) quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement. Any item(s) being returned must be returned in their original Jo Irvine Jewellery packaging.

Packaging: Your jewellery will be sent to you boxed. Please rest assured that we always package your items securely and safely.

Ring Sizing: Please make sure you have had your fingers measured correctly before ordering rings. As a guide rings should slide on but you should need to wiggle them off. It is best to be measured when your hands are neither too hot or too cold. If you need a half size please let me know. Rings can usually be adjusted for an additional charge.

Late and Lost Deliveries: If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to chase it up with the Royal Mail. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (30 days for international items) - this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost. 

Repairs: If you require a repair to an item please get in touch.

Please note all items are handmade so there may be slight variations to the images shown.

Many items can be personalised please get in touch if you'd like to discuss this. Hand stamped items are done so freestyle so there may be slight differences in spacing and alignment. For a more precise finish please get in touch to discuss engraving.
